Character Creation

You may create any character you like here at Ninja Legacies, but the stronger they are at creation the higher the approval they'll need. Making a Trainee or Genin will need a minimum of one mod approval. Chuunins will take two mods or an Admin. Jounin will require Admin approval plain and simple. For criminals and missing-nin their equivalent rank applies. If you make an S rank missing-nin, one who if they were in a village would be Jounin at least, you need admin approval. If you're not clear on what approval you need just ask me and I'll be happy to answer, when I get off my lazy butt XD
