Fire Country - Hidden Leaf Village Konohagakure, or the Village Hidden in the Leaves, is the single largest village and possibly the least warlike, even though they seem to have been involved in many wars in their time. The Fire Country is one of the largest and most powerful countries. While not the largest country, it has the largest hidden village. Wind Country - Hidden Sand Village The Wind Country has a typically dry and windy climate. It is mostly covered in mountains and sand, and is not exactly the most hospitable climate for most humanoids. Earth Country - Hidden Rock Village The Earth Country is one of the larger ninja countries in the Naruto world, sharing borders with Waterfall, Grass, Rain and several unnamed countries. Because of Hidden Rock's warlike tendencies against the Fire Country, their invasion path leads them through smaller countries like Grass.Hidden Rock is one of the more powerful ninja villages in the world, allowing its leader to be called a "Kage." Water Country - Hidden Mist Village In order for a Ninja Academy student to graduate and become a Genin (lower level ninja) in the Hidden Mist Village, he or she had to fight, with one of the same friends they trained with, to the death. But all of this had to be changed 10 years ago when one of that year's students killed over 100 peers without hesitation. This child was Zabuza.
