Chakra System

Many other successful Naruto RPG sites really don't have a chakra system. Do you think a chakra system is really necessary for this site?

We use the chakra system becuz we like to keep things different. We are well aware that oter sites have been successful without the CS, but some have been successful with it too. If your wondering why your jutsus are taking so much time, its that DK, cadet and me all have busy lifes in RL, so our time is limited on here. I can get on a few times a day, for like 10 minute periods; leaving me little time to do chakra costs. Were terribly sorry for this, but were gonna allow you to still RP and such, just not use all of your jutsus yet...
