They tend to have varied hair color and length. They may stand at different heights, and weigh more or less than their buddies. Despite this, they all still have the same basic look. They each wear a personalized white mask with red swirls under a white cloak and hood. Under the cloak, they wear dark grey armor, though the color can vary, full of hidden pouchs and pockets. These pouches and pockets hold almost all of their equipment, including their air filters, first-aid kits, scrolls and personal items. They all wear the same black leggings with kunai and shuriken holsters. Their Giant Shuriken are worn on their backs, along with their ninja-to. Personality:Though each individual has their own personality and quirks, they all act in pretty much the same manner. They are hidden, discrete, and will do anything to get the job done. They consider themselves not individuals above the system, but tools of the system to be used as the Mizukage pleases. They will do almost any mission and hold no regrets after killing anyone. They are experts in espionage, tatical spying and assassination and will stop at nothing to complete the mission they were given. Jutsus:Ninjutsu: - Spoiler:
Name: Suiton: Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: None Description: This ninjutsu technique creates a whip made of water which functions just like a normal whip would. Once created, it takes a little additional chakra to adjust its length, but it can't be longer than fifteen and shorter than three feet long. While useful with the right skill, this technique may be easier to defeat than an actual whip. Base Chakra Cost: 50 plus 10 for every extension
Name: Suiton: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: None Description: After the user forms the necessary hand seals, this technique creates a thick mist in the surrounding area. Said mist is used to block the sight of anyone and everyone in the target area. It can be useful if the user wants to make an escape or relies on senses other than sight in battle. Base Chakra Cost: 50 for a ten meter by ten meter area
Name: Suiton: Teppoudama - Bullet Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user will form a few necessary hand seals and release a large water sphere from their mouth. This projectile travels at a rather high speed and deals considerable pressure damage. It also bursts into a larger volume of water upon impact, effectively putting out fires and creating water for more ninjutsu. Base Chakra Cost: 45
Name: Suiton: Taihoudan - Pressure Cannon Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the shinobi will use their water natured chakra to create water and expel it through their mouth in a powerful stream. This attack is not very large, but very fast and the damage dealt by the water stream is quite high. Base Chakra Cost: 75
Name: Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: A large supply of water or double amount of chakra used Description: This techniques creates a large water vortex that moves forward at a high speed. The water makes a strong impact and washes away the opponent and many objects that might get in the way. If you are drawn into this vortex, the force of the flow and rotation will make it almost impossible to escape. While this technique can easily drown an opponent, it is not very useful because it can only be used either in a place where there is a lot of water or by spending more chakra than it's really worth. Name: Meisai Gakure no Jutsu - Camouflage Concealment Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: An advanced ninjutsu that allows a shinobi to basically become invisible. It acts on the principle of a chameleon, making the user appear the same way as the background, except from any point of view. To execute this jutsu, the user must form the required hand seals and then press against any surface until the camouflage is applied. They can then walk around freely without fear of being seen, but can still be detected by other means. Special detection techniques may be able to expose the person using this. Base Chakra Cost: 150 plus 25 for every post afterwards using it
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: None Description: This technique enables the user to generate one or more solid clones of themselves which they can then use to attack enemies, support allies, or shield themselves. Each clone is solid but will vanish in a puff of smoke when struck by an attack. To generate more clones more chakra must be expent. It is possible to distribute your chakra amongst your clones so they may use jutsu as well or fool chakra sight such as the Byakugan. Upon vanishing any unused chakra in a clone returns to the original. Base Chakra Cost: 100 for first clone, 50 for everyone after that
Name: Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Shadow Clone Description: This technique requires a shadow clone to exist prior to its use. It does not require any hand seals to execute. The user can detonate their shadow clones at will, creating a powerful explosion. While it is a waste to create shadow clones just for an explosion, this technique may be very useful in some cases. Base Chakra Cost: 75 per clone
Name: Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: This technique is used to create additional projectile weapons. After throwing some shuriken or other weapons at the target, the user will quickly form the required hand seals. As they do that, the amount of weapons they threw will increase. The chakra usage of this technique is directly dependent on the amount of copies you create and the size of the actual weapons. The cloned weapons are real and can deal the same damage as the originals, except for weapons with special qualities the clones of which will be common ones. The weapon clones appear slightly displaced close by the original and follow the same trajectory. Base Chakra Cost: 50 per 'big weapon', 25 per 'small' weapon

Name: Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing) Rank: E Element: - Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Bikou Ninjutsu (Shadowing Stealth Technique) Rank: E Element: - Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible. The skill and length in which one can stay hidden varies by rank and ability. Chakra Cost: 10

Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu (Escaping Skill) Rank: E Element: - A very basic technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Body Stance Technique) Rank: E Element: - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Chakra Cost: 10
Name: Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Rank: E Element: - Allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Rank: E Element: - Creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the clone gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) Rank: D Element: - A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D Element: - The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. Chakra Cost: 15
Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique) Rank: D Element: - Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak them in the background. Chakra Cost: 15
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Body Paralysis Technique) Rank: D Element: - Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. Chakra Cost: 20
Name: Kai (Dispel) Rank: D-B Element: - A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user. Only shinobi with strong chakra control can perform this. The user releases a large amount of chakra then quickly halts it. The genjutsu is usually dispelled after that, depending on how strong the skill is. Chakra Cost: 10(D-Rank), 25(C-Rank), 50(B-Rank)

| That sounds like a really good generic ninja for us to use in on our missions, though they seem a little underpowered for Kirigakure. I guess since they are NPC's it really does not matter though because they are not supposed to be really tough. | |

| Approved and moved, this is a very good generic Hunter, their primary function as I understand it is to track down ninja defectors and deserters of their own village, kill them, and destroy their bodies to prevent their secrets form reaching other villages, although you definitely should include the basic jutsu in their list, after all even a Jounin will use them sometimes n.n | |
